Mr. Walters earned his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law. For his undergraduate studies he attended Xavier University, where he earned an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics & the Public.

Throughout law school, Mr. Walters served as the Fundraising Committee Chairman for the Student Bar Association and was a founding member and Vice President of the Space Law Society. While in  law school, Mr. Walters began his legal career as a clerk for the Honorable Kathryn A. Viviano at the 16th Judicial Circuit Court of Michigan where he gained invaluable insight into judicial perspectives while drafting judicial opinions, preparing bench memos, and experiencing numerous trials.
