Mr. Glass has over ten years of experience representing insurers, corporations, and individuals in a variety of first-party motor vehicle related claims. His primary focus areas include; no-fault insurance, automobile negligence, and premises liability.


In 2012, Mr. Glass was named an "Up and Coming Lawyer" by Michigan Lawyers Weekly. While attending law school, he was the Business Editor for the Journal of Medicine and Law. He was awarded second place in the category of Information and Technology & Privacy Law at the John Marshall Law School International Moot Court Competition. During his time as a clinical resident at the MSU College of Law Rental Housing Clinic he had two bench trials. He was successful in one of the trials, a case involving application of MCL 600.2918 wherein the landlord unlawfully disposed of his client's possessions.


Mr. Glass was a presenter at the 2009 ABA Tech Road Show on the topic of Social Networking and Blogging. His article, “Social Networking Sites,” was published in the October 2010 edition of Michigan Defense Quarterly. He has provided testimony regarding pending tort legislation before numerous Michigan House and Senate committees. His testimony helped shape revisions to the Governmental Immunity Act, specifically regarding the two-inch rule following the Robinson v City of Lansing decision, and the Bowling Center Act. He has participated in numerous arbitration and mediation/facilitation hearings involving all types of civil litigation.


Additionally, Mr. Glass's experience includes representing well-known Michigan medical facilities in medical malpractice claims ranging from birth trauma to wrongful death.


Mr. Glass earned a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Michigan State University in 2001 and his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law in 2004. He was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2004 and to the United States Supreme Court Bar in 2012.  Mr. Glass has been awarded an AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell. He has also been named to the list of Michigan Rising Stars in Super Lawyers magazine for 2011, 2016 and 2017.
